To book an appointment at ŌDE, we suggest using our convenient online booking system. Simply choose your preferred service and select a time that fits your schedule. If you're unsure of which service to book or have specific needs, feel free to call us, and we’ll guide you to the right choice. For additional thickness, length, or major transformations, please contact us directly to ensure we allot the appropriate time for your appointment.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled service to unwind, discuss any preferences with our team, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

We provide robes to protect your clothing during your service. Please feel free to change into a robe if you wish, and let us know if you need any assistance.

For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone during your visit.

At ŌDE, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule and ensure you receive the best service possible. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a fee may apply. Thank you for your understanding and support!

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please understand that your service may be shortened to stay on schedule for our other clients. We always strive to provide the best experience, so arriving on time is key. A late arrival exceeding 15 minutes may result in your appointment being canceled. Please call us if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.

For any service scheduled for 30 minutes or less (such as bang trims, consultations, or quick color services), please be aware that arriving late may result in us being unable to complete the service as scheduled.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay for 50% of your scheduled services total.

Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a fee equal to 50% of the missed service. Repeated no-shows will be required to leave a deposit to secure future appointments.

Complimentary parking is available at our location.

You can purchase an ŌDE gift card either in-person at the salon or conveniently online through our website. ŌDE gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift cards. A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. If you'd like to avoid this fee, you're welcome to pay with cash or debit. While we do not have an ATM in the salon, there is a bank conveniently located next door for your convenience.

Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated as a gesture of your satisfaction with our service. If you choose to leave a tip, gratuities may be made in cash.
